Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Important – Custom & Customer Error Orders

All custom, fabricated, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizes or measurements
  • Wrong specifications selected
  • Incorrect product selection

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

However, if we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no cost to you.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns (if eligible) are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Installed or used items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a new order. If eligible, the original item must first be approved for return.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
